A couple of quick details about my professional certifications: I am nationally certified in new construction sales; designation (CSP), and I am an associate broker (GRI). An associate broker has more training and education than a regular Realtor without it. Look for the GRI designation; these Realtors have more knowledge and experience than the rest.
